Firstly, copy-paste/move your language files (not the whole folder,only files) into Portable Nero's App folder.
Secondly, open NeroDiscSpeed, choose FileOptions and change the lang. You can use NeroDiscSpeed from any folder in your system; it doesn't matter.
Alternatively, you can change the lang by editing CHANGELANG.reg file too. Right Click on this file, choose Edit and change it's language as explained in that file. Then, run it by double clicking :mrgreen:
