Cappers note: It is 1pass abr as based on tests I've done comparing the bitrates from 1pass abr and
2pass vbr, the bitrate allocations are nearly identical for WWE content. And the final QP factors are
high enough that the minute differences wouldn't be readily perceivable anyway. Now, if I did this
encode at 1/4 DVD, there would be a large difference between ABR/VBR, but either way, it would
still look like garbled shite (exaggeration of course, just not to my standards)...
