Download and install the following app:

Medieval CUE Splitter (MCS) v1.2 [Freeware]
-> http://www.medieval.it/sw/cuesplitter_setup.exe

MCS supports file splitting (via *.cue file) for the following Lossless formats:
.FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec), .APE (Monkey's Audio), .TTA (True Audio), .WAV or WAVE (Waveform Audio), .WV (WavePack).

NOTE: Your system must already have the corresponding "codec" installed for the lossless audio format/file you want to split using MCS.

After you install CUE Splitter, open (launch) it and then drag & drop the *.cue file anywhere on the interface. Then, click the [Split!] button to begin the splitting process. (For newbies, see Tip below)

NOTE: If you get a "... library error" message (for example, "Could not find MACDll.dll file on your system..."), your system does not have the required codec installed. Upon clicking [OK] to this error message, MCS will automatically open your default web browser to the download page of the necessary codec. If not, go to the following website to locate and download the needed codec:
