Change: cpreview: Global indexing - introduced special meaning for opening bracket '{' - label after opening bracket will NOT
be indexed. If this is the first character of the label - whole label won't be indexed
Fix: Check correctnes of house numbering for streets - maximum allowed range is checked now
Fix: Detection of wrong restriction (causing non-working routing!)
New: cpreview: Fast preview generation, without reading details of included IMG - preview MP file will include only
generic included IMG bounds, no index is generated
