 First and foremost, this is a WMV file encoded for play on / streaming
to the Xbox 360 w/ 5.1 audio, and will also play on / stream to the PS3
w/ 2.0 audio.  Additional files  included are for  format conversion or
iso creation and are completly optional.

 I don't recomend using VLC to watch my encodes.  Until they add proper
VC-1 Advanced Profile and WMA 10 5.1 audio support, you will experience
problems when trying to play this. You will also experience issues when
playing any WMV over 4GB in size.

 If  you wish  to watch this on a  Popcorn Hour NMT,  you will  need to
remove the stereo  audio track first (option 6).  If you have any other
audio issues, try converting to MKV first to see if that resolves it.

 Upon running 'Wmv2Other.exe', there are 7 options you can choose from:

1 - Create a Windows Media Disc (WMD) iso(s) (5.1 audio, 2.0 for PS3)
2 - Create a Blu-ray Disc (BD) iso(s) (5.1 audio, chapters*, subs**)
3 - Create an 'AVCHD' folder that can be copied to the root of a USB
     Drive and played on the PS3 (FAT32) (5.1 audio, chapters*, subs**)
4 - Create a MKV file with AC3/DTS audio (5.1 audio, chapters*, subs**)
5 - Split WMV file into chunks smaller than 4GB (for FAT32 drives)
     DVD5's into 2 pieces, DVD9's into 3, and DVD9 5's into 4.
6 - Remove secondary audio track from the WMV for playback on the PCH
7 - Create a M2TS file for playback on the WD TV with 5.1 audio
     (as a WMV, it will currently only play back with stereo audio) 

WMD - Windows Media DVD - A WMV-HD file burned to a DVD5/9
BD - Blu-ray DVD - A Blu-ray disc sized to fit on a DVD5/9

*Optional - If I remembered to rip them, I have included them.
**Optional/Not Included - .srt subtitles supported.

  For conversion  to anything  other than  a WMD iso,  Haali's Matroska
Splitter is REQUIRED to be installed.  You can download this from their
website at http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/MatroskaSplitter.exe

  An .srt subtitle  track  (not provided)  can be added  to MKV, BD, or
AVCHD creation.  Just place the  subtitle file in the  main folder with
the WMV file, and the batch file will add it into the creation process.
During BD creation,  when adding the subtitle,  if it somehow goes over
what can safely be written to a dvd (some of my encodes are very close)
the program will automatically trim the end of the file to make it fit.
Most of the time it will end up being around 30 seconds or less.

Breakdown of Files:

-'This Movie'.wmv (VC1 encoded WMV w/ 5.1 and stereo audio tracks)
-'This Release'.nfo (What your reading right now)
-'Your Subtitles'.srt (for BD, AVCHD, or MKV  - optional/not provided)
-'This Movie'.ac3/dts (AC3/DTS audio for BD, AVCHD, or MKV creation)
-settings.ini (contains resolution and chapter information *required*)
-Wmv2Other.exe (Main batch file containing scripting for conversion)


Tested devices other than a computer: ('options' refer to Wmv2Other)

  XBox 360:
     WMV file,  5.1 audio  (stream, usb drive (use HFS  or  option 5 to
        split wmv into smaller pieces for FAT32), dvd (option 1))

  PS3:
     WMV file,  2.0 audio (stream, usb drive (use option 5 to split wmv
        into smaller pieces for FAT32), dvd (option 1))
     BD disc,   5.1 audio (option 2) (subs and chapters)
     AVCHD folder, 5.1 audio (option 3) (subs and chapters)

  Popcorn Hour A-100/A-110:
     WMV file,  5.1 audio (use option 6 to strip stereo audio)
     MKV file,  5.1 audio (option 4) (subs and chapters)

  WD TV HD Media Player:
     WMV file,  2.0 audio
     M2TS file, 5.1 audio (option 7)
     MKV file,  5.1 audio (option 4) (subs and chapters) (w/ 1.02  fw)

  Stand Alone Blu-ray Players:
     BD disc (option 2)

  (a few players confirmed working by others)
     Sony BDP-S350
     Samsung BD-P1500

  Mac OS X:
     Find a  Windows machine/Boot Camp/Parallels/VM Fuzion  and convert
        the WMV to a MKV, then use XBMC to play (achieved good playback
        of 1080p on a Mac Mini with a 1.86GHz Core Duo and 2GB ram)
