Track 1 taken from Harmonium / Farfisa Track 2 taken from Lo Boob Oscilator / Tempter Track 3 taken from Unrest / Stereolab Split Track 4 taken from Shimmies In Super 8 Track 5 taken from French Disko Track 6 taken from Crumb Duck Track 7 taken from John Cage Bubblegum Track 8 is a home recording originally planned as a track for a split single with Spectrum for a proposed joint tour and is previously unreleased. Track 9 taken from Crumb Duck Track 10 taken from John Cage Bubblegum Track 11 is a Duophonic Super 45's track recorded at the same time as Lo Fi and is previously unreleased.
