The film tells the story of Sylvian (Tony Todd ?Candyman), an ambitious blood-sucker who has contracted with a doctor to discover a serum which will enable him to walk in the daylight, run for governor of Nevada, and ultimately, enslave mankind (quite a æ•o do?list, no?). Problematically, the serum hasnæŠ° quite been coming along as well as Sylvian hoped. Each test subject of the serum has died horribly in the sun, leaving behind a trail of the dead which has interested the police. With Election Day and the fuzz hot on his trail, Sylvian is in a time crunch, and is also running out of certain rare blood type samples his doctor friend needs to continue her work. Meanwhile, All-American boy Jason (Edward Spivak), who is due to be married to the girl of his dreams, is whisked away by his buddies for one last weekend of bachelor inspired sin in Las Vegas. Naturally, they end up at a strip clubå†nd just as naturally for a horror flickå¼hat strip club just happens to be brimming with the blood-sucking undead. As JasonæŠ¯ buds are picked off, and it is revealed that NevadaæŠ¯ future gubernatorial candidate also owns an exotic dancing joint, we also discover that Jason has the blood type Sylvian needs to get his serum up and running. ThatæŠ¯ not all though! Did I mention that JasonæŠ¯ fianc? curious if her man was getting into questionable shenanigans in Vegas, has arrived on the scene with her friend to check up on him?
