I've got quite a few workout dvds I can share. I've already posted a few on Katz, but instead of having them spread all over I figured it would be easier to keep track of them if they were all together in one big thread.There are already a couple of other threads like this one, which I would suggest you check out if you're interested.

I've tried to avoid putting anything in here that has already been posted by others, but since the first few posts in here are now duplicating a few other posts I've made, I hope I'm not breaking any rules. If my other posts can exist alongside this one or if they should now be deleted, or if those workouts simply shouldn't be included in here, then Mods please advise if necessary.

Men's Health 15minute workout

What is it?
Four no-nonsense strength-training workouts, each less than 15 minutes in length. Your instructor is Terry Simpson.
Who is it for?
Intermediate exercisers - Simpson's approach on these workouts is fairly sophisticated. You don't need to be male, however, for these routines #8212; a woman demonstrates the exercises using lighter weights. You will need several sets of dumbbellsgt; ranging from 5 through 20 pounds, depending on your ability and gender (women can probably get away with 5 and 10-pound weights. Men will want to go heavier). You'll also need a workout bench or sturdy chair for one workout, a stability ball for another, a mat and an optional jump rope.
What to expect:
If you're willing to work hard and work smart, you can get a good workout in under 15-minutes. So says Terry Simpson, the instructor for these four strength-training routines. Each one has a different approach and a different focus #8212; and each one runs just about 12 minutes or so. quot;Build Inner Strengthquot; is a solid core workout #8212; all you'll need is a mat if you're working out on a hard surface. quot;A Better Burnquot; uses what Simpson calls quot;offsetquot; training #8212; using a different size weight in each hand (10 pounds and 20 pounds, for example, or perhaps 5 pounds and 10 pounds for women), to keep your stabilizing muscles working throughout each move. A stability ball on one move works your core even harder. quot;Jump On Itquot; utilizes an optional jump rope to alternate fat-burning cardio with dumbbell moves for a really intense workout. quot;Ground Forcequot; uses your heaviest weights to work your lower body to fatigue. For this routine, you'll need a weight bench or a sturdy chair.
Just because this DVD is put out by Men's Health, don't think it's for guys only #8212; women who are serious about getting toned fast will appreciate these routines too. Don't worry about getting too buff #8212; most of you ladies don't have the testosterone required for bulging muscles. You'll most likely want to use lighter weights, like the female model on the DVD. This is an excellent addition to you workout library if you're an intermediate exerciser who's short on time but wants to get fit all the same.

Women's Health: The Wedding Workout

Who is it for?
Beginning through intermediate exercisers. You'll need 2 to 5 pound dumbbells and a mat.
What to expect:
Whether you're trying to get in shape for your wedding day, or you're trying to get back into the shape you were in when you got married, this DVD has a variety of workouts to help. Included in the segments, which run around 11#8211;12 minutes apiece, are a simple (but sweat-inducing) cardio workout and routines for your upper body, lower body and abs, plus the requisite (and necessary) warm-up and cool down. Even though the segments are brief, instructor Marie Forleo has packed a lot of punch into them. She keeps you moving and the exercises engage multiple muscle groups to make the most of your time.

There is no warm up routine included on this DVD; Cathe seems to just expect you to do your own warm-up. I've ripped each part separately so you can pick and choose which pieces you want. Specs are the same for each, so you can join them together in any order using VirtualDub/Avidemux etc, or you can just do one after the other if you prefer. Each segment is about 20 minutes long.
If I'd just left it as a complete 2 hour-long workout it would be a killer!!

What is it?
An hour-long ballet-inspired workout that includes both toning and dance.
Who is it for?
Intermediate to advanced exercisers - this is not an easy workout! Knowledge of ballet terminology and positions is a plus, since the instructor doesn't explain them in plain English.
What to expect:
The first time you go through this video you'll understand why ballet dancers have such fabulous bodies. They diligently work every muscle they've got, and this 63-minute video will have you doing the same. The workout is presented in the form of a dance class, and the dancers are even artistically arranged during the floorwork. There are pliés and relevés to give your legs both tone and grace, basic push ups to add strength to your arms (all the better to hold them in the air for long periods of time), and a ballet segment at the end that will have you flying gracefully around your living room (once you've learned the routine, that is). If you've ever taken ballet you will enjoy this video, as much of it has the ring of authenticity. If you're more gym and aerobic-dance oriented and have never done any of the other ballet tapes floating around, this workout will be a revelation. You may not sweat as much as you do in a normal cardio/ strength-training routine, but you will know you have worked hard! A big plus to this video is the soundtrack - it's all classical music, so it's a refreshing change from the usual aerobic dance noise. For those who love classic dance, this is a nice change from other, more athletic workouts.
