Hymns of the 49th Parallel is the ninth studio album by Canadian singer and songwriter k.d. lang, released in 2004. It is an album of songs by Lang's favourite Canadian songwriters, and includes one song by Lang and David Piltch.

The album's title refers to the Canada-United States border. Strictly speaking, the 49th parallel defines the international boundary only in Western Canada, with much of Eastern Canada located south of that latitude — however, the term "49th parallel" is sometimes used as a symbolic nickname for the entire border nonetheless.
